GDPR information

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of May 4, 2016), I inform that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Q-BAS Sp. z o. o., Ogrodowa 37/47, 00-873 Warszawa (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator),
  2. contact with the Data Protection Inspector – Q-BAS Sp. z o.o., Ogrodowa 37/47, 00-873 Warszawa,
  3. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 in order to perform the above order contract,
  4. the recipients of your personal data will be entities participating in the implementation of the contract,
  5. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 years or longer (until the need to process personal data for statistical and business purposes of the administrator ceases),
  6. you have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of their processing,
  7. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority,
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to conclude a contract
